Czech-German InterEuroVision Youth Lab Pilot Workshop
We warmly invite you to take part in the pilot workshop of the InterEuroVision Youth Lab, an international educational and theatre project led by the Boys* in Sync collective and dramaturg Markéta Hrehorová. The project builds upon the successful theatre show InterEuroVision, which reflects on the forgotten song competition Intervision held in Karlovy Vary in 1968. The educational project will bring together Czech and German high school students who will learn about the post-WWII period through theatre, music and dance.
We are now looking for students with knowledge of both German and Czech to participate in a pilot workshop that will take place on Sunday, 22 February 2026 in Leipzig (exact location and time will be specified). Together, we will test and co-create the workshop format through creative and reflective tasks.
We also warmly encourage you to attend the performance InterEuroVision at Schauspiel Leipzig on Thursday, 26 February 2026, to experience the artistic foundation on which the project is built. Discounted or free tickets will be provided.
Participation in the pilot workshop may also open possibilities for future involvement in the final Czech-German youth workshop planned for January 2027.
