Throughout the evening Dr. Stefan Schubert, Prof. Gabriele Pisarz-Ramirez, Peter Hintz, Prof. Olaf Stieglitz, Dr. Sebastian Herrmann, and Prof. Katja Kanzler each gave a short presentation. From imagining a female president in US television to questions regarding the Latinx vote and the visualization of (Trump's) forgotten men in film, the panelists covered contemporary cultural trends as well as cultural historical perspectives on the US election and the presidency. The audience also had the opportunity to ask questions, with the evening seeing ASL faculty members giving answers about a vast array of aspects in regard to current political events such as the role of femininity in Harris's campaign as well as Trump's debating skills.
