aspeers, the first and currently only peer-reviewed print journal for MA-level scholars of American studies in Europe, has just published its latest issue.
As part of her tenure in the summer term of 2024, Picador Professor Rita Bullwinkel will teach two classes at American Studies Leipzig.
Rita Bullwinkel appointed as next Picador Guest Professor for Literature at the Institute for American Studies at Leipzig University. She will hold the professorship in the summer term of 2024.
The Institute for American Studies warmly invites you to the next Picador reading with the current Picador Professor, Hannah Michell, in the Winter Semester 2025/26. The reading will take place on November 25, at 6pm at the Galerie für Zeitgenössische Kunst Leipzig.
For Tag der offenen Hochschultür, the Institute for American Studies Leipzig is opening classes for high school students interested in our BA program.
